Material Donation Guidelines

Computer Hardware and Software

• Pentium 3 processors or newer
• CPU speed of 500 MHz or faster
• Laptops (Power Book 180 or newer)
• Color Monitors 17” or larger
• Video or cache memory (72 or 168 PIN)
• Windows 98, ME or XP with licenses
• Licensed software with manuals compatible with
Windows 98 and higher
• Hard Drives (3GB or larger)
• Printers inkjet or laser jet
• Peripherals: scanners, fax machines,
multi-function machines, cables,
• Keyboards, Iomega JAZ or ZIP drives and disks,
3 ½“ diskettes, blank CD’s, & DVD’s,
mice, surge protectors and speakers.
• Accessories: mouse pads, wrist rests, cleaners,
dust covers and document holders

Please be sure the item(s) you donate are in good
working condition.
