Grant Programs

Initiated in 1992 to encourage teacher innovation, improve student performance and recognize best practices, The Foundation's grant programs continue to grow. Today, our grant programs focus resources on literacy, improving school attendance, increasing parental involvement, ensuring access to technology and promoting best practices. We encourage all Clark County teachers, counselors, support staff and administrators to apply.

TEACHER TO TEACHER
MATHEMATICS AND SCIENCE GRANT

The Teacher to Teacher Mathematics and Science Grant was established by two Clark County School District teachers as an encouragement for teachers to increase their content knowledge in mathematics and science and broaden their repertoire of teaching strategies. All teachers in the Clark County School District who provide direct services to students may apply for matching funds for professional development opportunities in the fields of mathematics and science. The award may be used for a variety of professional development opportunities in mathematics and/or science, including seminars, workshops and conferences.
